Sassi Bianchi is a little family farm placed in Tuscany, In the heart of Maremma Toscana, on the sweet hills around Grosseto, close to the river Ombrone.The farm produces and sells genuine Extravirgin Olive Oil, fruits and vegetables. Sassi Bianchi always grows crops using traditional system management well associated with modern technologies so to reach a good product: Extravirgin Olive Oil. During last years, Sassi Bianchi has won each competition attends: Since 2003 partecipates and wins “Concorso dell’Olio Novo extravergine d’Oliva di Monte Pescali”, local competition regarding commons of Roccastrada, Grosseto, Campagnatico, Scansano and surroundings. In 2006 and 2007 both, Extravirgin Olive Oil “Sassi Bianchi” has attended an important competition promoted by Commercial common House of Grosseto “L’Olivo della Strega” and wins the premium “Olii Extravergine d’Oliva Fruttato Medio” (sweet medium). Sassi Bianchi has Requirements and qualifications to have certificated as: Organic/biological farm, Olio Igp Toscano, Dop, ecc. Certifications costs a lot of money to a little firm as Sassi Bianchi, and these cost risk to grow prices too much for our clients, without change the quality of our product. So Sassi Bionchi have decided to conserve funds to guarantee the qulality of the product, and to show to our clients who want, the quality of the entire chain of production of Extra virgin olive Oil Sassi Bianchi.
