 Apartments and Rooms:each apartments, with arcades and gardens, has a living room – a small kitchen – bath room with douche and föhn – double bed room. The apartments are also equipped with double sofa-bed, TV and air-conditioner. The rooms are equipped with TV, bath room with douche and föhn, air conditioner and a dedicated open space outdoor.Surroundings:the Filippo Re is close to important historical  and naturalistic places: Parco Archeologico di Roselle (Etruscan area), typical Medieval places as Massa Marittima, Montepescali, Monteriggioni, Parco Naturale dell’Uccellina with suggestive routes, the “tufo” villages of Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana, Saturnia Terme, Monte Amiata.

The price is inclusive of water, electricity, blankets, bath towels and the room/apartment cleaning.
How to pay: the 30% of the total amount has to be paid at booking time, the remaining should be
paid, cash, at the check-in.
For the apartments a caution of 100,00 Euro should also be paid the check-in.
The check-out has to be done up to 10.00 A.M.
